Yes! We want you to be 100% comfortable with the person representing your company. We will always give you a choice of potential candidates for you to speak to prior to going live.

 

If the agent doesn’t perform, we REPLACE them WITHOUT any additional cost to you.

Yes! Your agents will be assigned solely for your campaign. Think of them as your very own employees.

Surely you can. We also advise our clients to keep their agents motivated and for Sales campaigns/appointment setting; they offer an X amount if they hit the specific target/quota in a day, in a week or you can also do a monthly recognition.

This will be billed separately.
